OTCS Begins New Semester: Olivet Theological College & Seminary begins its 2006 Spring semester February 14, celebrating the first week of school with the Festival of Beginnings, a special chapel service to be held Tuesday, February 14, 5:00 p.m., at Antioch Chapel in San Francisco.
