Olivet Celebrates Christmas with University Concert and Reception

On Friday, December 14 Olivet University held its annual Christmas Concert at Olivet University Chapel. Following the concert, faculty, students, staff and visitors in attendance convened to fellowship and celebrated the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ at the University-wide Christmas party.

Titled "This Baby is Jesus," the concert was a medley of audience-pleasing Christmas carols presented by Jubilee College of Music (JCM) students and conductor, Dean Dr. Merril Smoak. University President Dr. David Randolph gave remarks following the concert, after which guests enjoyed a time of Christmas gift-sharing led by Academic Dean Dr. William Wagner.

A reception for the attendees marked by a joyful atmosphere and a variety of festive dishes concluded the evening's events.
