Classes opened Sept. 17 at Olivet University to a class reflecting the school’s ability to draw international students for on campus study.
The university says the number of countries represented by students engaged in on campus study increased by 21 percent this year with increased representation from regions of Africa, Eastern Europe and Central and South Asia.
As students return to classes, the University said they can take advantage of new courses that were added this year, especially in its journalism, technology and design programs. Olivet has expanded the faculty and renovated some of the lab facilities related to these programs with new technologies.
