Graduation 2007 is near, and the Jubilee College of Music (JCM) Ensemble is preparing one of its grandest public events to date. Scheduled performances include a chamber group comprised of JCM alumni, as well as a singing ensemble of 40 participants. Both performances are under the direction of Dr. Merril Smoak, Dean of the Jubilee College of Music.
Members of the JCM administrative team are also providing support for Graduation 2007 preparations.
"I speak on behalf of everyone working to prepare for the graduation when I say that we look forward to a very meaningful ceremony – JCM especially," said staff leader and affiliate ministry correspondent Emily Ko. "We want the music selections to express this meaning."
Information about obtaining audio recordings of this year's musical selections will be available at the commencement ceremony on Friday, June 15th at 4 pm in Olivet University Chapel.
