Faculty Support and New Faculty Hiring
In keeping with its mission, Olivet University has added and expanded many academic programs, and added additional key faculty to strengthen each program. The University strives to hire the best faculty who will be most effective in leading the various programs. In an effort to help attract the best faculty, the University has created the Faculty Fellow program which provides eligible full-time faculty with discounted campus housing, all meals on campus, free campus gym, and a vibrant campus community.
Online Education Service
Online education has been one of the fastest growing areas at OU, now with more students learning online than on any of the school's physical campuses. As OU continues to expand its online offerings, it is important to invest in the infrastructure and resources necessary to provide a quality learning experience to its online students, particularly in creating the best learning management system (LMS) in higher education.
Student Scholarship and Financial Assistance
Olivet University understands that every student's financial situation is unique. The University is committed to helping students and families plan for the cost of education, and to making a private, Christian education affordable. The University offers a comprehensive program of financial assistance to help meet the educational costs that remain after your family contributes what is reasonably expected based on income, assets, and other factors. This assistance includes both need-based aid and scholarships based on leadership, ability, and academic achievement.
Support for Exceptional Abroad
Over the past years, many Olivet University students and graduates have had the opportunity to serve at international mission fields, participate in study abroad workshops, and serve at global campus sites. By helping with travel costs, Olivet University can continue to offer these invaluable experiences to its students.
Support Other Education Programs
There are many other ways you can support Olivet University. Funds will be directed to help with other campus programs, events, and initiatives that enrich the student experience and further the University's academic mission.
